Currency Converter is a simple tool that was created
to serve a sole purpose, namely that of performing conversions based on
the latest currency exchange rates.
The user interface is rather plain and you will be
able to easily find your way through this program, regardless of your
experience level.
First of all, you have to update the database (just
hit the "Update" button in the toolbar menu), so an active Internet
connection is a must. Then you can import the currency rates you want to
work with, from a large database of roughly 220 world currencies.
Now you can use the "Preferred" option to create a
new profile when it comes to converting currencies. Add new items to the
list by setting the "Left" and "Right" currency and giving your profile
a name.
In addition, you can use "Cross Rates" to view
multiple currency rates at once, as well as use "World" to view one
currency rate at a time.
